You are posting a numeric IP to your site ...

But your site is running via an alpha domain ...

But the domain and URL looks very very odd ...

Are you sure your files for:
/includes/configure.php
/admin/includes/configure.php

are actually setup correctly?

Do you really have your shop in:
/~obaby/shop

Or is your shop in:
/shop

It was a conflict with the IE PNG transparency hack I was using..
