"Contact us" not working.

The contact us link isn't working . I am useing zen 3.6 with the sophy blue template.

when you try and send an email on this page

it says it goes though but you immediately get the email returned with this message .

Mail Delivery System [[email protected]

A message that you sent contained one or more recipient addresses that were incorrectly constructed:

"[email protected]" <>: missing or malformed local part

This address has been ignored. There were no other addresses in your message, and so no attempt at delivery was possible.

this is a SS of how i have the email page configured.

BTW all the emails after an order is made seem to be working properly .

i tried useing a different email and had the same error

I was having the same problem as you. I've now filled in 'SMTP email acount mailbox" & 'SMTP email acount password' (4th & 5th from the bottom in your image). I've just tested mine and now it works, hope this solves it for you too. I don't know enough to be sure it will, but it's probably worth a try.

Admin->Configuration->Email Options->Contact Us Pulldown
If you have something in the Contact Us Pulldown settings, read the syntax instructions on the edit sidepanel for the proper formatting method; or leave it blank.

I didnt have the email in brackets after the name. :clap:
