How to display Terms and Conditions during Create Account?

Is it possible to display "Terms and Conditions" during Create Account? Similar to displaying during checkout using Admin->Configuration->Regulations

Ajeh,

Configuration ->regulations has the option to display "Privacy Notice" during Account Creation but not "Terms and Conditions".
I want to display both the "Privacy Notice" and " Terms and Conditions" during Account creation.
