Customizing the "new products for month" area?

I see that most tabular style box areas use the "tpl_columnar_display.php" file to space everything out evenly using parameters with how many rows and columns.

But within that it also uses $list_box_contents[$row][$col]['text'] to show all the actual "data" within there.

I'd like to change the design of that so that the text is on the right side and the image on the left. (along with some other planned changes)

Where do I edit that "text" data to change the display format?
