I can not log in to My Admin

I can not log in to My Admin

I just installed Zen Cart. The database is made W/ all the tables But I can not access my Admin.....

I followed the suggestion on the FAQ to fix the issue.... but still can not see the Admin.

Please let me know if there is something else I acan do..

windows or unix server?

What version php?

Does the catalog work? if so, can you click login? if so, do you have secure on? if so, does it work?

Do you get the login page for the Admin? if so, click on resend password do you get a new screen? if so, can you click login to go back to the login?

How did you install Zen Cart? Did you use our download link and load the files yourself via FTP to your site? if so, did you try reloading all of the files and subdirectories for:
/admin

in case there was a bad, corrupt or missing file in the upload?
