urgent -- checkout error
two customers have had issues where they enter unknowingly enter bad credit card info during check out (step 2) and when they try to proceed through the check out, it kicks them back to step 2 without an error message (they say.)
Is anyone aware of an error like this?
My attempt to mimic the error did not produce the same results, it gave me an error in red at the top of the page.
