add a wieght to all products using a query

I have been setting up a new store and the person entering the products forgot to put in the weight......sigh. What I need to do is add .5 to the product_weight in the products table.....I know I should be able to do this with a query but I don't have the foggiest idea on how to write one to do this. Any assistance from those MySql experts out there would be appreciated. Oh, yes all 2244 products have the same weight.

Here's the SQL query you need.

UPDATE zen_products SET products_weight=.5 WHERE products_weight=''

You can run this from phpmyadmin.

Outstanding! I was close just needed the WHERE part.

Actually what I need is a miniature version of you to carry around in my shirt pocket.

Thanks

glad to help
