IE7 and the header image

Hi,
Ive had a good look through the Forums and read alot about how IE 7 is distorting pages etc, but havent really read anything about how to fix it? The only problme i have is that the main nav bar at the top of the site is overlapping the logo.

Ive tried setting the #logowrapper and inserting a height of 100px but nothing changes. Has anyone found a resolution for this problem yet?

Got another quick question, Ive got dashed lines along the bottom of the navbar at the top. Nothing major but it would be nice to get rid of them.
