Product Attribute layout change

Product Attribute layout change

I have created a product attribute and it shows up after add to cart box. IMO it is too low and can be easily missed. How can I change the layout to be under the description before the add to cart box. Here is my temporary address and it will show you what I am talking about. Any help would be appreciated.

Layout can be rearranged in the /includes/templates/template_default/templates/tpl_product_info_display.php file

Make a copy and move to your corresponding template folder
