whats new sidebox

on the right of the box there is a "more" link... can i move it underneath the header... of not remove it all together... i looked through the tpl.. dont see the code to // or remove...... thanks

in firefox it looks great... the more button is underneath the header.... in IE it is on the right... i looked at every file (at least i think every file) and i cant find where that gets edited.... :(
