Need help installing zen cart
I have no clue if I am even in the right spot to be posting this but here goes anyway, please forgive me if it is in the wrong place.
Hello, I need help, I just installed the latest version of the zen cart. I keep getting the following 2 error messags when trying to run the installer,

ERROR - Cannot proceed until problems are resolved.
* /admin/includes/configure.php does not exist
* store configure.php is not writeable
(I renamed both files as instructed, both files show they are there in my files in file manager)
I followed the instructions, reset the permissions to 777, didn't work, tried 755, and the rest of the suggested permissions with no luck, the following is the link to my techsupport php. Can someone please help me get this set up right, Oh and site info is:
