Need the Zen-ese to call stylesheet through Conditional Comment

I'm used to having a separate "hack sheet" for all my IE6 and less styles, called through a conditional comment in the html head like so:

<!--[if lte IE 6]>
<link rel="stylesheet" href="ie6style.css" type="text/css" media="screen" />
<![endif]-->

Is there a Zen-ese way to "path" this in the head of my theme's html_header.php so that it is transportable with the theme and will always work??

Coding for Doctype to closing Head tag is found here:
includes/templates/*/common/html_header.php

Whatever you include should apply to all pages.

Mind you, you might have to do some funky coding or use an absolute path, in order to use the IE CSS file within your 'template' dir.
