Gift certificate manual add

Well google checkout really sucks, I disabled it, but in the meantime someone ordered a gift certificate and it doesn't show in the admin screen as a sale (thanks google checkout).

How can I manually add this and while I am at it, how to add the other orders that google doesn't report?

You can manually send that customer a gift certificate by using the "Mail Gift Certificate" option on the Admin menu "Gift Certificates/Coupons".
They will have to redeem it using the code in the email.

Well that works, but I have to add them in as customers. I am sure there is some way to do that.

Big warning for anyone using google checkout,... don't. It takes complete control of the cart and you don't get any record of it in zen.
