help with banners...

Hello,
I deleted all the banners that came with the original Zen cart install now when I try to add a new banner it ask me for a banner group.
I am put "banner_box_all, "sponsors" or "have you seen" in the input box, the banner manager tells me the banner is active but it does not show on my page.

Activate your banner group by going to Admin> Configuration> Layout settings and adding the name of the Group to the banner position you want to use.
