TAX Issues ***Please help!!

I have a custoemr from FL call me and said the Zen Cart was trying to add my (WA) tax rate to his order.

Nobody has ever told me this before. I only have one tax zone set up for my state which is WA.

Is there something else I need to do so that other states show always no tax?

If all you did was rename the Florida Tax to something else and never changed the details from Florida to your state ... then you are charging folks in Florida Tax ... :eek:
