Can some one tell me what I did wrong??

Hello,

I was customising my shopping my website and i decided to install a forum onto to my website then when I went to my main page I get this problem

And the zencart is gone and when I try to login to my admin I get this message

http://www.quirkesfurniture.com/catalogue/admin/login.php

So the whole site is down now:cry:, I removed the forum database and even though the files were still on my remote server I restored them from my computer incase they were corrupt.

I'm guessing MYSQL database is having problems as the forum was also going to be a MySQL database.

All the files are on my server it just connecting to them can some one please help:down:

It looks like you are missing files from the server or that the two configure.php files are pointing to the wrong database ...

/includes/configure.php
/admin/includes/configure.php

If you look at your database in phpMyAdmin do you see your products?

Thanks for replying but I'm trying to fix it right now,

Since I couldn't figure out what broke in the first place-these are the steps I'm taking in fixing it.** (By DesignbyDemeter)**

1> ) In host's CPanel, did db backup. Make your config files writeable again.

2. Uploaded zc_install folder from desktop to host (Always keep a pristine copy of original upload files on hand! Has saved my butt on numerous occasions)

3. typed in https://www.mywebsite.com/store/zc_install to start installer again (of course, use your webstite's name and location of your store)

4. do a complete install that will OVERRIDE the database; not to worry, you just did a backup, right?

5. All is loved & light afterwards, and all data and customizations are in tact.

6. Remember to delete your installer folder on host, and return your config files to 644 (un-writeable).

I've uploaded a new set of files and then went to the first page where the agreement page (/zc_install) when I click continue I go to a blank page which says **No input file specified.:wacko: http://www.quirkesfurniture.com/zen-cart-v1.3.6-full-fileset-10272006/zc_install/includes/templates/template_default/templates/index.php?main_page=license&language=english

**The path is http://www.quirkesfurniture.com/zen-cart-v1.3.6-full-fileset-10272006/zc_install/includes/templates/template_default/templates/
index.php?main_page=license&language=english

But in my zc_install there no i**ndex.php?main_page=license&language=english file **in the templates folder I've downloaded a new full file set and can't find the index.php file

I'm stuck anyone know what I can do??
