Orders not showing in Admin: similar sad tune!! (PayPal IPN)
when you applied the patch update, did you also update the ipn_main_handler.php file? Sometimes people miss that file because it's not in a subdirectory...
Your debug log suggests that you've got a mismatched set of files ... specifically the ipn_main_handler.php.
