This is all new Help Please

Zen Cart is all new to me. I got it installed on my host. For reference my host is 1and1.com . I have no clue where to begin or what to do now. I can go to the catalog page but I can't use the log in and there is only the template. I have no clue how to edit what I just installed to my needs. If some one could point me in the right direction to learning how to use this commerce engine I would be very very happy. Thanks and have a nice day.
