category icons?

So I'm working on a test site to get ready for a live upgrade to my cart. After importing my database successfully, I cannot find where to turn on the icons for subcatagories. Was this eliminated or am I missing something?

Zencart version 1.3.0 screencap with icons
and
Zencart version 1.3.7 screencap, icons missng.

Any ideas?

Still not finding how to make the icons appear. Any help would be appreciated.
