Has the upgrade worked?

Hello, hello, hello. Has my upgrade worked?

I checked all the files for changes (templates, css etc), copied the db, copied the files to a new folder, created a new db, ran the install (update db: only five errors about configs already exsting so I ignored 'em) and then checked that all is working! Hurrah. happy bunny.

Except...

The version page in admin (server_version.php) still has the version showing as 1.3.5 at the bottom? Have I missed something? I'm slightly worried now.

I've checked the db against the scripts (I went 1.3.5 to 1.3.7) and all is done that I would expect (I think).

Any Ideas?

Re: Has the upgrade worked?

Did you upgrade all of the files, for the admin and the catalog?

Re: Has the upgrade worked?

Yes, yes, I did.

Really.

Honest.

I really did.

Doesn't mean I got them right though does it?

I mean, well...

... I might have done something dumb.

But how likely is that.

I'm great.

Really.

Oh, OK. I'll fess up.

There really isn't an smily that is embarassed enough.

I left the admin config file pointing to the old folder. So, OF COURSE it said 1.3.5! Because it was.

False alarm people.

ahahaha. Funny isn't it?

Isn't it? Tsk.

(Nice fast reply though, Ta!)

Cheers, D.

Had a user moment eh?

Always helpful to see that everyone has a human moment ... and nice to fess up so that others know it isn't just them that run into these issues ... :lamo:
