Column Layout Grid for Product Listing for 1.3.7

I've got this mostly working but am having one final challenge.

If the height of a product listing div in one of the row colums (I have a 3 wide display) and one of the div "cells" has longer text in it than others. It's screwing up the display of susequent rows by pushing things around I think. I think it's a CSS issue, but can't figure out what I can do. I changed my centerBoxContentsProducts CSS entry to have a height that is very large and it addressed the issue. So it appears that a single div "dips down" to the next row and messes up the display.

I've tried overflow settings, etc. Does anyone else have this issue and/or know how to address it?

Can you maybe send me what you did to fix it as I may have made the same mistake. I installed the files and ran the SQL patch but still only get one column as there doesn't seem to be a place to specify the number of columns.
I can only choose between columns or rows. :frusty:

I got this working for Product Listing. Great Mod! But I have a few questions. I would like to have "new products" "All Listings" and "Featured Listings" as well in a grid format instead of the row format. Is it different to modify for those other listing types?

Also, Is it possible to link to the large image (when product is clicked) instead of to the individual product listing page?

Great MOD. I have some long titles and they run long looks like they are almost touching... is there a way to space them better... Or can I do option 2 For example What is happening"

I have this mod on my Site.
But I don't seem to get the products to display in 3 colums.
The layout is set to 3 colums in the admin but no luck getting it to work on the site.

I just installed thin on an offline site I am working on. It works good but I would like to add or change some things. I've read through the thread and not found any suggestions so I hope someone can point me in the right direction.

1. I would like the item name to display above the image on the products listings page (not the individual products page).

2. I would like the price which is under the image to be bigger

3. I have the manufacturer name displayed but I'd like to add 'Seller:' in front of it rather than just the manufacturer name

4. And finally I'd like to add a border around each product.

I have managed this using the Column Divider Pro contribution available here http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showthread.php?t=86483&highlight=column+divider+pro.

I am still looking for ways to change the other issues so if anyone has any suggestions, don't be shy.

Well, I still didn't find the answer, but after I installed Column Divider Pro - the problem went away! Woo Hoo!

Could this perhaps be related to your template width? I could be way off, of course. Can you provide a link to this?

I've installed this module in my ZC 1.3.8 it's works great but i need to know how to change the background colour for each product. As for now, i choose to display it in 2 columns. i've try to changed the .roweven and .rowodd in css but failed. please help me!!

There's either too much space between the items in each column or too little. Anyone know how to change this?

Okay I removed the space, here's how

edit:

find the text:

and change to:

Don't know how to get more space if I decide I don't want to list the price, if anyone's still got any suggestions on that I'd be grateful.

I have the version 1.3.7 but I don't use the overide system (I know, I am a bad girl).
When I install the mod in the designated folder, I get that error code on my product pages:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function zen_get_generated_category_path_rev() in /home/recycle2/public_html/includes/modules/product_listing.php on line 209

ok just forget about me. And advice, don't do mods too late and tired in the night. I used the wrong version. It works now. :oops:

I Have installed it and i got a nice 3 column look .
Now i tried 4 columns but still i got three columns.
Is there someting that i have to change to get four and where to change it

I have used this mod several times and love it, but do have one request from a client that I can't seem to figure out. She wants to remove the extra space from between the item name, price, etc... It looks like line breaks to me, but I can't seem to find where they're coming from. Any help is appreciated.
