Do you need to install IPN with express checkout

I have installed a new install of 1.3.7 and trying to configure the express checkout. My question is do I need to enable the IPN paypal module as well?

No, do not install both.

While the two will work together without causing any "technical" problems, it is redundant and pointless, and will only cause confusion for your customers.

Use one or the other.
