My front-end can not show up, HELP!

Hi all,

Today I want to change the front-end's title show on the page, so I change the /includes/language/english.php

Changed the line 11

define('HEADER_ALT_TEXT', 'EGR MART >>> Your R/C Online Market!!');

and then upload it, but .... after I reload the front-end page, it just show me that ERROR:

Warning: main(DIR_FS_CATALOG_LANGUAGESenglish/meta_tags.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/egrracin/public_html/shop/includes/languages/english.php on line 50

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required 'DIR_FS_CATALOG_LANGUAGESenglish/meta_tags.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/egrracin/public_html/shop/includes/languages/english.php on line 50

And then I immediately upload the original unchanged one and reload again, but it is show the same error, then I restore the MySQL database, also same, anyone can teach me how to fix this big big problems??

Thx for your time
