Offline Payment with Print
I remember there was a module to process the credit card offline where the customer get instructions and a printout form to fill out and fax it to be billed to the credit card... Do we still have module around, and is it compatible with 1.3.6?
The offline payment module doesn't give much information of what it does besides to process offline. I want to know if there's a page the customer can print.
