v1.3.7 Persistant Option Name Comment

If an Option Name possessing a comment is deleted (obviously not tied to any products), then it's comment 'jumps' to another Option Name.
Note, I deleted two Option Names and the comment of the first jumped to another Option name both times. Finally, I manually cleared the comment from it's final resting place.

I cannot see how that would happen as the products_options_comment is on the same record you are deleting for the products_options_name ...

There are no separate delete statements for the two ... just one delete statement for that products_options_id

Do you have any add-ons? Using Multiple Languages? Was all data added with the Zen Cart Admin or do you import?
