Adding text on Product Page

Can't seem to find this answer anywhere.
Is there a way to add text at the top or bottom of the product page? What I'm trying to do is have a brief description of what a customer will find on this page. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Modify this page: tpl_product_info_display.php

Included by default in: /includes/templates/template_default/templates/tpl_product_info_display.php
