contact us form

I just noticed that on our contact us page the form has a box that isn't working because the "send email to:" is not a full size box. How do I adjust the size of the box? Where in the admin? I could probably figure it out in the code but prefer to use the admin. Just can't find it there. define_contact_us.php doesn't reach into it.

Send Email To: *
Full Name: *
Email Address: *
Message:*

Well, I found this which I believ to be the cause. The box I am trying to eliminate or show at a resonable size is a small unusable box on the Send Email To: line. It is also required.

In Configuration > Email options
If I leave this blank will it remove the box?

Set "Contact Us" Email Dropdown List
On the "Contact Us" Page, set the list of email addresses , in this format: Name 1 email@address1, Name 2 email@address2

OK, that worked. Just left it blank.
