v1.3.7 Option Values Manager lost value parts

In the Option Values Manager, an option value with a value of say '11"' loses it's '"' (ie the quote) when called up for EDIT.

I'm also on firefox v2.0.0.2

I cannot reproduce the problem ...

What is the exact content of what you are typing in for the Option Value next to the en: input box?
