Background Pic not showing correctly in IE

Hi, could someone please have a look at my store. I am having an issue with IE showing my background picture correctly here http://www.familybasedimmigration.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=1
It seems to appear ok on the front page but nowhere else. It wants to jump in front of the text. It works ok on all pages with FF. Does anyone have any suggestions other than removing the picture. As you can see my store is basic white and I really need the background. Thank you in advance for any help.

There is one too many slashes in that url ...

Doh!! How did I miss that. Thank you for picking that up. Unfortunately it wasn't what is causing the issue. Pic still wants to push in front of text in IE unless you do a refresh.

Try a search for IE peek-a-boo bug and see if any of those fixes help.

UGGHHHH :wacko: no luck.......but now my Featured Products Pic in IE has decided to move to bottom right of page next to banner http://www.familybasedimmigration.com/ I think I gotta go to bed....this is driving me nuts
