What folders are supposed to have changed permissions?

What folders are supposed to have changed permissions?

I have moved a zencart install from one server to another. In the process, the permissions have been lost. What do i need to change them to to get them back?

Basically you want all folders to be 755 and all files 644, except the configure.php files which should be 444 (ie: read-only to everyone).
