You need to create an Option Name in the Option Name Manager ...
Then, you need to create Option Values for that Option Name in the Option Values Manager ...
Then you go to the Attributes Controller and add Attributes based on the Option Name and Option Values you created for it ...
These much Match ... as in Option Name Size would have Option Values Small Medium and Large
Option Name Color would have Red Yellow and Green ...
But you cannot try to add Option Name Size with Option Value Red ... Red does not belong or Match ...

I'm no longer able to add attributes as I'm getting a table mismatch error, but don't know how to resolve it and don't want to screw up the work I've already done. I think this is a problem with the 'wholesale' . There is a column in products_attributes that is added that looks like it doesnt need to be there called options_values_price_w . I need to resolve this so am hoping there's someone that can tell me what needs to be done.

I've done all the steps needed to create attributes and have many products in my store with attributes successfully added. Then, after adding the wholesale pricing contribution, I began not to be able to use the attributes that I already created and cannot create new ones- getting error screen. I just need a little help figuring out how to resolve this specific issue as I cannot use the attributes at all now and therefore cannot stock my store. I tried restoring my database using a backup and that really screwed up the store, so I have a major issue and any help would be very much appreciated.

I'm having this problem again re: adding attributes to categories after resolving it for individual items. Here's the error I'm now getting when trying to copy attributes to a category:
1136 Column count doesn't match value count at row 1
in:
[insert into products_attributes values (0, '1459', '18', '189', '0.0000', '+', '0', '1', '0', '+', '0', '0', '1', '', '1', '0.0000', '0.0000', '0.0000', '0.0000', '0.0000', '', '', '0.0000', '0', '0.0000', '0', '0')]
If you were entering information, press the BACK button in your browser and re-check the information you had entered to be sure you left no blank fields.

I'm having the problem that I was having with individual item attribute fields not matching, only with categories and copying attributes to another item. I don't have enough experience with databases to know how to actually fix this, even though I understand the reason for the problem. Don't want to wreck my store or lose any more time adding attribute by attribute so any help is appreciated.

I am having trouble at confirm checkout.
My customers get a message:
1146 Table 'shazzas_clothes08.sc_products_ratio' doesn't exist
in:
[SELECT ratio FROM sc_products_ratio WHERE products_id=116 LIMIT 1]
Is there anything I can do to fix this as they keep clicking which dup orders
Any help will be appreciated./
