How to delete a thread or post

I was wondering how I can delete a post or a thread that I made in Zencart?

When I first started with zencart I was using my full name in another login as a login.....plus at that time I hated zencart......Now I love it and use it all of the time...anyway...my name shows up in the search engines pointing back to zencart forum using my old full name login.....rookie mistake....obviously I dont want to post my full name here either but could email that to you....
