Popup Shipping Estimator in 1.3.7

I installed 1.3.7 yesterday and ran across a little glitch ... maybe. You can see in the attached screenshot that there is what appears to be an extra input field but it is inactive and serves no purpose.

Check you stylesheet - should be these two entries:

.hiddenField {
	display: none;
}
.visibleField {
	display: inline;
}
