Changes to company name in "Edit Address Book" not saved

Changes to company name in "Edit Address Book" not saved

Zen 1.3.7

Go to My Account->View or change entries in my address book. Do
an edit; you will see Company Name is not filled in.

/includes/templates/template_default/templates/tpl_modules_address_book_details.php

To read:

Note to others: file path is
/includes/templates/template_default/templates/tpl_modules_address_book_details.php

(delete the "/modules")
