Office Use Only on Admin e-mail

Hi , Just gone from ver 1.3.5 to 1.3.7 quite easy but one of the things that no longer seems to be there is the "Office Use Only" part at the bottom of the order confirmation, we use HTML e-mails for both admin and customer

The actual e-mail seems to be the same template.

but we used to get this bit :-

Office Use Only: 
From:  
Email:  
Login Name: John Smith 
Login Email: [email protected] 
Telephone: 0288 388 8888
IP Address:
Host Address: space.space.co.uk 
Date and Time: Mon Jan 15 2007 19:00:47 GMT

Which is no longer displayed at all !

Any pointers appreciated.

Oh Man ! I swear I searched the forums for " Office Use Only" and nothing usefull appeared.
