Shipping estimator-Removing "Close Window"

Hi all,

I'm working on a highly modified store and I'm using a lightbox-type screen to display the shipping estimator.
Obviously with this type of implementation, the javascript "Close Window" commands serve no purpose and I'd like to remove them completely from the page. I am, however, having trouble finding the code that renders those links/buttons.

Anybody have any idea how/where I can remove the javascript "[Close Window]" links in the Shipping Estimator?

Thanks :)
