Select by Category/Manufacturer

Hello,

Everything seems to be just fine except there is no longer an option to select by Category as I choose a Manufacturer listing, nor is there an option for "Select by Manufacturer" as I choose Category. I had this option before upgrading to 1.3.7 from 1.3.6.

Under Admin's Product Listing, "Display Category/Manufacturer Filter" is set to 1.

I do know that there is no "Sort" by category/manufacturer feature on the current ZenCart, and that's not what I'm talking about.

HELP!

.....come to think of it, I've done couple of things before upgrading to 1.3.7 and didn't check whether "Select by Category/Manufacturer" was working at that point or not so I can't just blame on the 1.3.7 upgrade.

1.) I used Easy Populate 1.2.5.4 to add 200 items while my ZenCart was still 1.3.6. It didn't give me a proper message indicating that those items were listed successfully, instead I got "page not found" error. However, all the items were properly added.

2.) I deleted 90 items from my shop using CPanel's phpMyAdmin database system while I had 1.3.6 ZenCart. As I got back on my ZenCart Admin, it told me to delete some debris left over or that nature so I did.

I don't know if any of these have anything to do with my situation, but I thought I should note them.

PLEASE HELP!

Could anyone please verify that the problem I'm having is not reported bug for 1.3.7?
