Paypal Express 10004 Error

Hi, i have tried to use paypal express, but when i did a test purchase, i got the 10004 error. Any ideas? I tried searching the forum for that error but no luck on finding any info. Please help.

I've been reading on others getting a similar error. I've managed to fix mine finally, and it looks like that it was only to do with states and provinces, so I've just set up all the states and provinces for my country, and now its working!

Which country? and which provinces?

Australia - Just have to make sure that you set up the provinces correctly, because the debug messages stated that the states were incorrect and when i looked at the fields, they were actually empty according to the debug messages.
I'll be running other tests by trying out other countries, we'll see how that goes.
