integrating zen cart as a category

I'm new to zen-cart so if this isn't the right forum for this please let me know.

I would like to start using zen cart as a solution to sell my company's products, however I can't seem to understand if I can use this solution to create for example something like this:

Is there a way to integrate zen cart into my site by being a transparent solution?

If so, how ?

Can I just use some of the fields ?

Do I need to know extensive html to integrate it ?

No, Zen Cart is not modular and the method to use it is to make it look like your current html site

Zen Cart is not html by php but little knowledge is requires to setup a working site, customizing it dramatically is a different animal and requires some knowledge.

Zen Cart is like many things in life: the best way to learn about it is to do it.

Spend a rainy day playing with it. It comes with "test" data so you can try
various features out easily.
