How to override tpl_account_default.php?

Putting it in includes/templates/my_template/templates/ doesn't work

tpl_account_default.php is still used from includes/templates/template_default.

Anyone?

Check in admin > tools > template selection > that my_template is active.....

and post a url for definitive looks
