Echo Pmt mod?

I have an old (v1.0) Echo pmt mod that works in my zencart 1.3.0.2 -- can anyone tell me if I can get a newer (or even a fresh copy) of this mod somewhere? I can't seem to find it since the wes bite's been redone and 30 min with google turned up nothing.

I'm working on upgrading my zendcart today and would really like a fresh copy to install.

Is echo pmt the full name of the contrib? What does it do?

Sorrry about being unclear -- the exact name I have now is echo_cc -- it's an interfce for the ECHO pament gateway -- I can't remember if I got it here of from openecho.com, but neither place seeems to have it now.
