my customer cannot view their order information

My customers complained to me that they cannot view their account information, especially the information about previous orders from their webpage.

Instead, they see this: Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/thesbeau/public_html/includes/templates/template_default/templates/tpl_account_default.php on line 37

What is this? How can I fix it?

What version of Zen Cart are you running?

Clean install or an upgrade? If an upgrade, from what version and how did you do the upgrade?

What version php? Anything new on your server that your hosting site may have done recently?

Have you an URL that we can peek at?

My site is https://www.thesbeauty.com. It uses zencart 1.3.1. This site never got updated from the beginining.

I have a subdomain jade.thesbeauty.com. It uses zencart 1.3.7. I install zencart 1.3.7 from the begining.

On both website, the customers cannot view their previous orders in "my account" website after they sign in.

Are you on php 5.x?

My PHP Version is 4.4.1.

You missed applying the fix to the /includes/modules/pages/account/header_php.php
line 50:

$ordersArray = array();

when inserted properly, it shows up here:```
$orders_query = $db->bindVars($orders_query, ':customersID', $_SESSION['customer_id'], 'integer');
$orders_query = $db->bindVars($orders_query, ':languagesID', $_SESSION['languages_id'], 'integer');
$orders = $db->Execute($orders_query);

$ordersArray = array();
while (!$orders->EOF) {

This was fixed as part of v1.3.6
