categories layout, _LRG images

I would like to have "left justify" the description of items when I list products under categories (rather than centered). Cannot locate the correct file to do it. Also I created sobfolders in images/large/AA-CC and images/medium/AA-CC and moved images xyz_LRG.jpg, xyz_MED.jpg into them. When I create a product and "browse" to these folders, and say NOT to upload two things happen: A. image gets uploaded but to images/medium/xyz_MED.jpg and B. my dual pricing dropps the cents in the price (only the wholesale price is affected so 19.98 becames 19 etc.) .
When I click on "enlarge image" or on the image itself it will display the same xyz_MED.jpg and not the xyz_LRG.jpg
Any suggestions??

yes Linda, thank you I got the layout as per the thread, but why can I not get the larger picture shown when I click on "larger image" (if I set-up categories correctly, why is it picking up xyz_MED.jpg) or perhaps I misunderstood when xyz_LRG.jpg is being used??;
why are the "cents" dropping off my wholesale price whenever I edit a product??
I know I have lots of questions, some of which should be in a different group..but than I cannot find "where" I posted it and some are due to combination of two mods like dual pricing & minimum amount (how do I set a two different minimum prices for one retail and one for wholesale.....

That might help you check that you are for sure using the automatic method of picking up images correctly ...
