Gift Certificate category gets an error

Gift Certificate category gets an error

I set up a Catagory Gift Certificates and when you click on the link I get this message:

(I dont know if this how I set up the cerificate or if there is a different problem)

I am using a Custom template. and the error is coming from that area. (I think)

Any suggestions on how to fix?

Thank you! There were 2 extra lines in the /english/index
