Does Fedex ground and express not working anymore??

I am now getting a message at the checkout/shipping page were you would normally see all the Fedex rates:

"No Rates Returned, 0911 : Resources are unavailable to service your request."

Is this a problem on the Fedex side of things or is this something going on with Zen Cart? We tried reintalling the Fedex module and that didn't do anything. Please let me know if you have any idea what this means. I am trying to get my site ready for launch and need this to be working!!

Fedex is doing maintenance

UG! This is so bad to happen on a Saturday night! Does everyone just put up with it being down for maintenance? If customers come to your store at this time they basically are shut out until Fedex is back up. Have you just put an alternative shipping method option on your store as a backup for times like this?

i just recently started offering FedEx in my store (literally a day or two ago) so right now I'm offering USPS as well. Trying to promote FedEx more.. but held off on promoting it til after the maintenance :)

It seems to be back up this morning... is anyone else tracking whether FedEx goes down regularly?
