Discount on a group of items?

Hi folks, not sure if anyone's addressed this previously (searched but didn't find this specific issue, so forgive me if it's been covered!)...

I need to figure out how to create a discount *only *if a group of items are *all *purchased. For example, if a user orders a jewelry set that includes a necklace, bracelet and earrings, they get the set at a lower price. But if the user orders just the necklace and earrings, the regular price applies to each item.

It looks like there might be a way to use attributes for these, but I don't even know where to start. Any suggestions or recommendations?
