Company Name: field on create account isn't working

For some reason it just says "Company Name:" and there is no field to type in your company name. Is there something I'm missing here? I don't think I've modified these files at all.

What value do you have for Admin > Customer Details > Company?
What value do you have for Admin > Minimum Values > Company?
What version of Zen cart are you using?
Is this on a publicly viewable URL?

Ok, I figured it out. I had a custom sidebox named company, and had custom css code to hide it and only show on a certain page. It was overriding the #company field. I've now renamed the sidebox, problem solved.
