Download or mailed cd

I have an album to sell. I want the user to have the option to either do a digital download of the album or to get an actual cd sent to them. Is this possible?

I want these option here

Digital download only 9.99
Digital download/CD 10.99 plus shipping
Digital download/Signed CD 15.99 plus shipping

In admin>config>shiping Order Free Shipping 0 Weight Status true
