Keywords/Metatags

I've been reading here on the threads about keywords/metatags and not sure how to edit my file.

define('META_TAG_KEYWORDS', KEYWORDS . ' ' . NAVBAR_TITLE_1);

Thats's a line from my meta_tags.php file.

Do I put the keywords in between the ''? And leave everythign else alone, like navbar_title_1, etc. ?

you need to make the adjustments in the
includes./languages/english/YOUR TEMPLATE/meta_tags.php

Your advice on keywords.... Does this line look ok? All this website specializes in is exotic beef jerkys.... Nothing more. The flavors or types of jerkys are listed separately for each keyword.
