Navigation Bar And Header banner

Dear all,

Really need some help here as im a total beginner. I'll like to change the original template for the top section to be something in https://www.babyphat.com .With the navigation bar below the banner, and having links beside the banner as well, just like how it is now in babyphat. Is anybody able to advise me?? PLZ!:yuck:

Thanks alot!! But now i have another problem, if you take a look at my babyphat wannabe website, www.welcometozanzibar.com The layout becomes very untidy when i remove all the side boxes.

And so sorry about this, i read one of the article talking about this but i lost it again. How do i actually remove the "Home" bar, the product categories bar and lastly the green bar of "Home" and "Log In"
